Cabarête is located about 7 miles along the coast from Sosua. It has a beautiful horseshoe bay of white sand and is home to some of the finest windsurfing and kite boarding anywhere on the planet.

Charming little allies link the main street to the beach and are full of shops and cafes.

Take a cab or a local Guagua to Cabarête and stroll along the beautiful beach, stop for a drink in one of the many bars, have a bite to eat in one of the local restaurants, or just lay back and soak up the sun.

For the more adventurous, try kite boarding or windsurfing, lessons and equipment are available right on the beach.

Try the shrimp in garlic butter source at Las Casitas.

If pealing your own shrimp does not appeal to you they will do it for you, either way the food is delicious and the setting is second to none.

Have a cold Presidente to wash it down.
